What size should I choose?

HERfight gloves are available in 8oz, 10oz and 16oz, all designed with a snug, female-specific fit for maximum comfort, control and support.

8oz gloves are ideal for bag work, pad training and high-intensity workouts where speed and precision matter most. Their lighter weight allows for faster punches and greater hand movement.

10oz gloves offer increased padding and wrist support, making them a great option for longer training sessions, pad work and general boxing training.

16oz gloves are best suited to sparring, with extra cushioning and support to help protect both you and your training partner.

Is it normal for the leather grain to vary between gloves?

Yes. Because we use genuine leather, each hide has its own natural grain and character. You may notice slight variations in texture, pattern, or tonal depth—this is expected and confirms the material is real leather. It won’t affect performance or durability.

How do I keep them from smelling?

Air dry them after every session, use our glove deodorisers, and avoid storing them in enclosed gym bags for long periods.

How long will my deodorisers last?
