All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping over $100 within Australia.

HERfight Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your HERfight gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be unused, and returned in their original condition.
     
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
     
  • After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty.

     

Faulty Items

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with photos and proof of purchase.
We’ll assess each claim, and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on hand wraps, deodorisers, or any item that shows signs of wear or odour.

If your item is in stock, orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow an additional 2-5 days to ship depending on your location. We can't always control the postage times but we can control how fast we get things moving for you. 
How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by Australia Post. 

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there.

In Australia, an orders $99 and over include free shipping. Order's below $99 will be calculated at the checkout for you. 

 

If you wish to have your oder express post, this will add $10 per standard order. Larger orders may be adjusted. 

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.

Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the carrier to change your address. While we will engage with our best endeavours, if the order has already shipped, we may not be able to influence the carriers destination address.
