Shipping
We ship Australia wide with Australia Post. Orders placed before 12 pm Brisbane time on a business day are dispatched the same day, and later orders are dispatched the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get an email when your order ships.

Delivery times are Australia Post estimates and start once your order ships. We're not responsible for carrier delays.
Returns
We want you to love your HERfight gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items for free within 30 days of receiving your order.
Change of mind
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
- Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
- After 30 days we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, contact us with photos and proof of purchase. We'll assess each claim and may offer a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Items we can't take back
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of hand wraps, deodorisers, or any item that shows signs of wear or odour.
Return shipping
Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid Australia Post label so you won't be out of pocket.

What happens after you order
Your order is dispatched the same or next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder or contact us.
If you have any questions about your order, contact us right away. We can't make changes once it has shipped.
